After more than a decade as a specialised employment law attorney, I felt called to work more directly with the people behind the roles – the leaders carrying decisions, responsibility, and growth on their shoulders.
In 2023, I completed my Executive and Management Coaching certification through the University of Cape Town (UCT). Since then, I have focused on partnering with Executives, Managers, and Business Owners to create sustainable success – not just professionally, but personally.
